Performative workshop

Charisma: Presence, warmth, strength & vaunrability

Often times in a relationship when you feel like you was closer before, it's because of status games. When you first met you felt like you had the same status, but with time that status shifted through different actions and happenings. That's why it's super important to ask yourself, why do I feel like I need to be more dominant, submissive, defensive. Check yourself if you are feeding the status game.

Status games, how we many times unconsiously show who's the strongest. Who do we become, the lower status or the higher status.

"Status is something you do, not what you are"

No behaviour happens by mistake. Eg. the touching your head when something is awkward, that is you lowering your status to feel more accepted.
